Music Explorers: How Sound is Created on a Violin Jan. 27

Southfield, MI – The goal of the Music Explorers Society is to help audiences gain a greater appreciation and understanding of music. Following a tradition of book clubs, Society audience members are encouraged to direct musicians towards what topics they would like to explore.
In our first presentation here, the Music Explorers Society will explore how sound is created on the violin and what techniques can enhance or alter the sound. We encourage questions and participation from our audience.

Registration is required and begins Wednesday, January 3 at the Guest Services Desk or at 248-796-4224.

Event is at Southfield Public Library

January 27 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm
