BUILD Institute Launching in Ferndale with Event for Entrepreneurs Dec. 6

Ferndale, MI –  The City of Ferndale’s vibrant business environment is expanding to offer resources to business entrepreneurs in Ferndale. Join us on Wednesday, December 6th at the Rust Belt Market for the launch of Open City Ferndale, a panel discussion, resource fair and networking event for all Ferndale business owners (and prospective business owners!)

The panel consists of powerful business leaders: John Murray, Founder of Modern Natural Baby, Jessie James, Co-Founder of Drought Juice, Ursula Adams, Founder of She Hive, Maria Petrenko, Founder and Art Director of Hadrout Web Design, Julianna Perry, Vice President of Business Development for Fifth Third Bank and Greg Doyle, Manager of Oakland County One Stop Shop Business Center.  The panel will discuss how to start, build and grow a business in Ferndale and highlight the resources available to everyone, from start-ups to mom and pops.

Open City is the kick-off event for the one year partnership that the City of Ferndale entered with BUILD institute.  BUILD institute provides classes, training and resources for Ferndale businesses.
