Novi Recreation Offers Fall Fitness Classes

NOVI, MI – The City of Novi offers group fitness classes designed to make muscles stronger, increase cardiovascular strength and bone density, and improve balance and flexibility. If you are looking to increase your overall fitness consider participating in new fitness classes such as:

BootCamp, November 2-December 14, Thursdays, 9:30-10:30 am

Price: Resident $56/Non-Resident $67, Registration Ends: October 27

This workout is designed to improve overall fitness with a focus on strength, cardio, flexibility, agility and endurance. Age: 18+

Pilates Plus, October 31-December 12, Tuesdays, 9:30-10:30 am

Price: Resident $63/Non-Resident $76, Registration Ends: October 27

A fusion of Yoga and Pilates, this workout will strengthen, stretch and tone your entire body, and provide an incredible mind/body experience. Age: 16+

Bollywood Dance, November 4 -December 16, Saturdays, 8-9 am

Price: Resident $70/Non-Resident $84, Registration Ends: October 27

Bollywood Dance brings the excitement of rhythmic movement, momentous music with the grace of beautiful movements, and combines traditional classical and semi-classical dances with a modern flair of hip hop, salsa and Latin styles. Age: 18+

The City of Novi Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services Department offers classes for all levels of fitness, including Keep on Movin’, Stretch & Strength, Drums Alive!, Tai Chi, Beginner Yoga, Zumba Gold, Zumba, Bolly Burn Dancing, Morning Tone & Stretch, and Interval Cardio Workout.
