Monday, July 17 at 6:30 p.m.

Learn about the health benefits of cultured/fermented foods and beverages. See how easy it is to make kombucha in your own home at a fraction of the cost compared to store bought brands.

Looking for another option of preservation for your garden vegetables? A demo on how to make naturally fermented sauerkraut, kombucha, and beet kvass will be presented.
