6th Annual Huron Valley Arts Festival

July 29th & 30th, 2017

10am-5pm (rain or shine) at Walled Lake Central High School in Commerce, MI!

Huron Valley Council for the Arts is proud to present the 5th annual Huron Valley Arts Festival on July 30th from 10am-5pm at Ralph Richardson Memorial Park in Commerce Township. This very special event has something for everyone with artwork from over 70 artists from around Michigan spanning all artistic mediums from glass and pottery to metal work and painting. In addition area arts organizations will be joining in the fun by presenting interactive demonstrations, giving guests the opportunity to try their hand at making their own special work of art.

The day will round out with incredible live music on the main stage during the Michigan Rock School Talentfest. Talented musicians have competed for a spot on the stage and will play their hearts out in hopes of winning the top prizes provided by our presenting sponsor Genysis Credit Union, the Michigan Rock School and the Huron Valley Council for the Arts.

The day would not be complete without kid’s crafts provided by Mustard Seeds Pre-School, storytelling for the whole family, performances by Power Dance Company, gourmet food trucks and so much more. This is an event that is a MUST DO for this July!

This event would not be possible without the support of our outstanding community oriented sponsors: Genysis Credit Union, Alta Equipment Company, Shuman Motors, Huron Valley State Bank, Home Zone Improvements, Mosquito Joe, Huron-Clinton Metro Parks, Biggby Coffee of Commerce, Hansons, Costco, Outdoor Adventures, Window Pro, Renewal by Andersen, Randy Wilcox Keller Williams, Commerce Village Dentist and Legacy Realty. The HVCA wishes to ask you to remember to always shop with businesses that support your local community!

Don’t miss this one of a kind arts festival. Make sure to add it to your calendar of events today! For all the details and directions to the park visit
