Pleasant Ridge Native Plant Sale June 10

The Pleasant Ridge Environmental Committee will host a Native Plant Sale on Saturday, June 10, from 9 am–2 pm at the DPW bldg., 92 Amherst, which is 2 blocks east of Woodward near Gainsboro Park on the pathway between Maywood and Amherst .

Native plants form the ecological foundation of a natural habitat and help to support and sustain the environment.  There will be a wide range of plants, shrubs and trees for creating both a decorative landscape and an ecologically sound habitat.  Plants will be supplied by native plant expert, Brendan Nolan of Plants for Ecology.  Street and lot parking available.  Bring your wagons!!  Sale will not open before 9 am.
