Birmingham DPS Hosting Lunch and Open House May 13

Birmigham, MI – Climb Aboard City Vehicles and Enjoy Lunch at Birmingham’s DPS Open House

Saturday, May 13, 2017, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

What: Those of all ages are invited to learn about day-to-day operations at the Department of Public Services (DPS) at their 28th annual Open House event. Children will have an opportunity to excavate in a sand box, receive free “hard hats” and can climb on and explore municipal vehicles, including fire trucks, plow trucks, vactors and more. Attendees will enjoy interactive displays and activities, plus a complimentary lunch with hot dogs, refreshments and ice cream. DPS employees, Birmingham Fire and Police Departments, Engineering Department and many others who work hard to offer this free and fun event to the community!

When: Saturday, May 13 from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
