Drain Failure Closes Adams Road North of Buell “Indefinitely”

(Road Commission for Oakland County, April 20, 2017)

Oakland Township, MI — The Oakland County Water Resources Commissioner’s (OCWRC) office has closed Adams Road just north Buell Road in Oakland Township due to flooding that is the result of a drain failure.

The detour for the closure is Orion Road to Stoney Creek Road to Adams Road and vice versa.

The road will remain closed indefinitely. The OCWRC is working toward a permanent solution to correct the flooding in this area.  For questions regarding the issue, call the OCWRC at 248-858-0958.
