50 Years or So In Business in Royal Oak Exhibit Opens Feb. 12
Royal Oak, MI –We are opening this amazing exhibit on Sunday afternoon, February 12, 2017, 2 pm to 5 pm. A small donation of $10 P.P. is requested, Refreshments will be served. No pre-registration required. Baked goodies will provided by Herman’s Bakery. Over thirty of the seventy business we found are participating. The artifacts are really intriguing….especially from Herman’s Bakery and Frentz Hardware.
A few of the other business are Borgo Sisters School of Dance, Button’s Rent It, Chinn Jewelry, Chicken Shack, Howie Glass, three funeral homes, Sullivan’s, Kinsey Garrett, Kerkorian’s, Manus Power Mowers, Nutri-Foods, Ray’s Ice Cream, and several more.
Please come take a stroll down Memory Lane and have a coffee with the owners/managers of the many business that have helped Royal Oak to keep its place in our hearts and memories.
The opening Sunday afternoon is to allow the business owners and key employees the opportunity to attend and tell YOU the story of their business. The Royal Oak Historical Society is a nonprofit 501(c) 3 membership organization, all volunteer run. .
