Giving Tree Returns to Berkley Public Library
Berkley Public Library’s annual fundraiser, the Giving Tree, returns in its fourth year to raise money to purchase new books, movies, and music for the library collection. Last year, the Giving Tree raised $1,650 and added over 70 new items to the collection.
Stop by the library and check out the ornaments on the tree in our lobby. Select an ornament or two and bring it to the Circulation desk with your donation. The library will use your donations to purchase those titles for you and the Berkley community enjoy.
“I’m grateful that the community has shown their love for the library by donating funds to purchase items from the Giving Tree. It’s a delight to see that the amount raised increases each year,” said Matt Church, Library Director.
The Berkley Public Library is located at 3155 Coolidge Highway in Berkley. For additional information, call 248-658-3440 or visit www.berkley.lib.mi.us. You can find us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/
