– Former State Representative Hubert Price, a Pontiac legend, has passed away. Representative Price’s Funeral Services will be next Thursday, December 15, 2016. His viewing will be at 10:30 a.m. and his services will be at 11:00 a.m. His services will be held at Welcome Missionary Baptist Church, 143 Oneida Street, Pontiac, Michigan 48341. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Read to a Child has a Lunchtime Reading Program at Herrington Elementary in Pontiac. A volunteer would be partnered with a child to read with them for thirty minutes each week (or every other week, if you have a partner who would want to take the other weeks with you).
