Royal Oak, MI – Nice! Brand peach slices in light syrup and Nice! Brand mixed fruit in light syrup have been recalled and should be removed from the shelves of Walgreens stores.  The voluntary recall is “out of an abundance of caution” due to potential glass in the product according to an FDA press release.

In January a similar recall affected Nice! Brand mandarin oranges.

Nice! Brand products are packaged by Milky Way International Trading Corporation.  According to the release there has been one complaint on the peaches and none on the mixed fruit.
