Ferndale, MI – The former location of Save-A-Lot at 430 W. 9 Mile Road will soon be turned into lofts with office space.  According to Crain’s Detroit Business, the four-story $15 million project will have 90 apartments ranging in size from 550 to 1,700 square feet and starting at about $900 per month.

“Ferndalehaus” is being constructed by Arbor Lofts Development Group.  Construction is expected to begin this summer.
