UPDATE:  Royal Oak City Hall re-opened after pipe break – Jan. 21, 2016

UPDATE: Necessary repairs to City Hall’s heating system are complete. Building hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m; Friday 8 a.m. to noon.

Jan. 20: A burst water pipe on the first floor of City Hall on Jan. 20 has forced the building’s closure.

Currently without heat or running water, City Hall is closed to the public until further notice while necessary repairs take place. We will keep residents informed as this situation changes.
