Berkley, MI – Residents are encouraged to review the draft of the City of Berkley Parks and Recreation Department 5-year Master Plan. The plan outlines the goals and objectives for the department and will guide future decision-making for:

~Park land and equipment improvements

~Updates to community gathering locations (community center, ice arena, etc.)

SCOTT WRIGHT AD basic tall~Adding new amenities to existing parks

~Developing new walking/biking paths

The plan will also be submitted to the Michigan Department of Natural Resources so that Berkley will be eligible to apply for park improvement grants. To view the plan online, click here. Hard copies are also available at City Hall and the Berkley Public Library.
