Orion Twp, MI – FROM DAY SHIFT: 12-11-2015, 07:00 hrs.

THROUGH MIDNIGHT SHIFT: 12-12-2015, 07:00 hrs.

INCIDENT: 18:10 hrs. – Orion Township – Felonious Assault. #15-201827

SUMMARY:  Deputies responded to the 600 block of S. Lapeer Rd (Taco Bell) for subjects fighting.  During the fight one of the subjects pulled out a CO2 BB pistol and shot the other subject multiple times in the face and back. During the altercation a female patron was walking out of the Taco Bell restaurant and was struck in the face by a BB pellet.  The responsible fled the scene prior to the Deputies arrival. Both victims refused medical attention and did not sustain any serious injuries.

OUTCOME OF INCIDENT:  Deputies located the responsible at his residence, where he was taken into custody and transported to the substation.  A Detective responded to assist with investigation.  The responsible was lodged at the Oakland County Children’s Village. A Detective will be attending a hearing at Children’s Village on Saturday morning.

VICTIM INFORMATION #1:  14 year old male, resident of Orion Township.

VICTIM INFORMATION #2:  14 year old female, resident of Oxford Township.

ARRESTEE INFORMATION:  15 year old male, resident of Orion Township.
