Ferndale Has a Happy Holiday Showplace & Santa Breakfast
(C. Proxmire, Dec. 9, 2015)
Ferndale, MI – Holiday crafts and kids sharing their Christmas wishes with Santa. What more could you expect from a festive Holiday Showplace in Ferndale? The tradition helps fund Ferndale Recreation programs, and gives families the chance to connect with neighbors over pancakes and hot chocolate.
The event took place on December 5, filling a couple rooms of the Kulick Community Center with tables of ornaments, wreaths, artwork, dolls, candles, gifts, décor and more. And the kids who were not too frightened by the bright red suit and fluffy white beard had ample time to mingle with the jolly old Kris Kringle. The Ferndale Seniors also had homemade goodies for sale.
The event is one of many holiday festivities through the Ferndale area. Check out the oc115 Event Page to find other fun things for kids – and adults – to enjoy.
