Ferndale Fall Crawl to benefit the South Oakland Shelter

It’s time to get those flannels, boots and beards ready. The Central Woodward Junior Chamber is hosting their first-ever Ferndale Fall Crawl – a lumberjack-chic pub crawl –from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 14, in downtown Ferndale. All proceeds will benefit the South Oakland dinos02sidelogo3Shelter

Check-in will begin at 2 p.m. at Rosie O’Grady’s, 279 W. Nine Mile Rd., and then the crawl will make stops at Dino’s Lounge, Woodward Avenue Brewers, Danny’s Irish Pub and M-Brew. The event will also include drink specials and a costume contest. Following the crawl, Twisted Tavern will offer free cover to participants.

Pub crawl lumberjacks are chopping prices in October, and tickets only cost $12 through Oct. 31. After that, tickets will cost $15 in advance or $20 at check-in. To purchase tickets, visit eventbrite.com and search for “Ferndale Fall Crawl.”
