Suspects Arrested in Possession of Cloned Credit Cards and Marijuana in Rochester Hills

INCIDENT: 20:04 hrs. – City of Rochester Hills – Credit Card Fraud (Cloned Cards) # 15- 52424
SUMMARY: Deputies responded to the Speedway Gas Station at Rochester Rd and Tienken for a credit card fraud in progress. The complainant stated that two black males driving a red Nissan Altima were attempting to commit fraud at their store and had committed fraud at the Speedway at Rochester Rd and Avon a few moments earlier.
OUTCOME OF INCIDENT: Deputies located the vehicle southbound on Rochester Rd. near Tienken. A traffic stop was initiated and both males were detained. Both suspects were positively identified by employees at both locations as the suspects that committed the fraud. The suspect vehicle was impounded and 28 suspected cloned Visa and MasterCard gift and credit cards were located in the vehicle and on the suspects. Marijuana was also located in the vehicle. Detectives responded to assist in the investigation. Both suspects were lodged at OCJ pending charges.

Suspect #1- 23 year old male, resident of Detroit.
Suspect #1- 20 year old male, resident of Detroit.
