Elderly Couple Found Murdered in Rochester Hills, Son in Custody

INCIDENT: 15:09 hrs. – City of Rochester Hills – Double Homicide.   #15-9210.

SUMMARY: Deputies responded to an address on E. Maryknoll on a welfare check.  The caller reports he has not been able to contact his mother or father-in-law since Saturday.  They reside at this address with his brother-in-law who has a history of mental health issues and the caller was concerned he may have harmed them.

OUTCOME OF INCIDENT: Deputies made entry into the residence and made contact with the 53 year old son.  A check of the home revealed the parents obviously deceased.  Detectives, OCSO Forensic Lab, and Medical Examiner’s Office were notified to respond.  Investigation continues. The 53 year old suspect was taken into custody and lodged OCJ.

                                          85 year old female, resident of Rochester Hills
