78 rpm Record Appreciation Night at FPL Jan 13

Love music from the 1930’s and 1940’s? Hear it as it was originally intended, through vintage phonographs. Learn a little about the history & ask questions.

Take a trip back to the 1940s and 1950s when radio was king!
Relax and listen to old-time radio shows, played through authentic
period tube radios.

On this night we’ll be featuring a selection from the science fiction, fantasy, and suspense genres. All shows were originally broadcast in the 40s and 50s. The event will also feature a brief introduction to the radios our presenter will have on display.

Refreshments will be served.
