A young person you know could be experiencing a mental illness or crisis. Do you know how to help? The Holly Area Community Coalition, in partnership with Rose Hill Center, is offering Youth Mental Health First Aid Training. This training is FREE OF CHARGE and is for any adults who are in contact with youth. Youth Mental Health First Aid will help you learn to recognize signs and symptoms of anxiety, depression, substance HowesLocationuse disorders and psychosis and will help you build skills to offer initial help until the young person can be connected to appropriate care.

Please join us on Saturday, December 6, 2014 from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm at Rose Hill Center, 5130 Rose Hill Blvd. in Holly for this very important training. Breakfast and Lunch will be provided and you will leave with a 3 year certification in Mental Health First Aid. RSVP at 248-328-3135. Seating is limited.
