22-Year-Old Waterford Man Killed in Suspected Robbery

A 22-year-old man was shot to death in his Waterford home that he shared with his live-in girlfriend of the same age, according to a report by the Oakland Press. Police told the Oakland Press that Oakland County Sheriff’s Deputies, Waterford Police, State Police and the FBI worked together to capture three suspects they believe may have been at the home to rob the victim.

The murder took place in the 7000 block on Villa Drive, west of South Hospital Road at about 5am.
