A lovely Saturday afternoon was full of fun for the crew at Leon & Lulu as youngsters in costume came through for the annual Trick or Treat event in Downtown Clawson.

Mary seed5977Cyndi Rhuland PeltonenLiz Curtin, owner of the eclectic home décor store, was delighted with the turnout. “We had approximately 300 trick-or-treaters. We love this tradition because nothing brings a smile to our face more than making a child smile, which usually makes the parents smile too!   It’s ridiculously contagious!”

Over 50 Downtown Clawson businesses participated in the event, which was family-friendly and featured allergy-free candies. Allergy specialist Dr. Devang Doshi helped to make sure it was an event that all could enjoy and Alliance Ambulance was on the scene with a haunted ambulance to thrill the youngsters.

The Great Pub-Kin Crawl had about 50 participants enjoying the grown-up fun of dressing up and bar-hopping the night away.LangtonWebAd
