Charges have been issued regarding the road rage incident that occurred in Birmingham on Friday, October 3, 2014, where the suspect identified himself as a Detroit Police Officer.

Oscar Joseph Woodcum, age 43, was keith dalton adcharged with two counts of Felonious Assault with an alternate charge of Brandishing a Firearm. Mr. Woodcum was arraigned this morning at the 48th District Court with his attorney present. A not guilty plea was entered and Mr. Woodcum was released on a $20,000 cash surety/10% bond. He is scheduled for a pre-trial conference on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. at the 48th District Court.
