Park for Parks at Arts, Beats, and Eats
Arts, Beats, and Eats attendees can help support Royal Oak parks by choosing to park in official City-run Arts, Beats, and Eats parking lots. “The net income from our official Arts, Beats, and Eats public parking lots will go into the Park Improvement Fund where it will be exclusively used for park improvements,” said City Manager Don Johnson.

Public Art Pops Up In Royal Oak
Public art is popping up in Downtown Royal Oak as a new public art program called Art Explored makes its first appearance. Works by Michigan artists Brian Brook, Richard Gage, and Todd Stovall are being featured in this year’s program.

Special Announcements:

Saturday, 8/31/13, the Farmers Market will be open 7 a.m. – 1 p.m.  Parking is free for market customers only until 1 p.m. at which time parking is for Arts, Beats & Eats. There is always extra parking in the Missionary Church Lot just across 11 Mile Rd. The market rents that lot every Saturday for additional parking for its customers.

Sunday 9/1/13, the Market building will be closed. Stop by & visit the Farmers Market booth on Fifth Street at the Arts, Beats & Eats festival.
