Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012 is an election day, and voters in Ferndale have several races and ballot proposals to cast their votes on.
The polls will be open 7:00am until 8:00pm. All polling places are handicap accessible. Braille and audio versions of voting instructions are available at the polling places listed on the Polling Locations page of the City of Ferndale website.
Ferndale’s Precinct Map shows how the City is divided into seven (7) voting precincts.
Absentee ballots for the election are available to registered voters at the Office of the City Clerk, 300 E. Nine Mile Road. The deadline for the City Clerk’s Office to receive applications for ballots to be mailed is 2:00pm Saturday, November 3, 2012.
You can download the Application here. The City Clerk’s Office will be open for the purpose of absent voting on Saturday, November 3, 2012 from 9:00am to 2:00pm
Persons qualified to vote by absentee ballot may obtain a ballot in person at the City Clerk’s Office until 4:00pm Monday, November 5, 2012. Ballots obtained in person on Monday, November 5, 2012 must be voted in the City Clerk’s Office.
