Oak Park Puppy Missing

Oak Park Puppy Missing

(Crystal A. Proxmire, 5/5/2011)

Six month old Piper somehow escaped from a fenced-in yard on Meadowlark near 9 Mile Road last Thursday around 1:30 pm.

“She is a mutt, but looks like a cross between a Brittney Spaniel and some kind of terrier,” said the owner.  “She is white with dark orange markings on her body and little freckles across her nose. She is probably about 20 lbs. She is very friendly, loves other dogs and kids.”

She added “It was garbage day on our street which is a treat that would have been hard for her to resist.”
If you have found a puppy matching that description, please call Lisa at 248.730.1109.  Note that this picture is a couple months old and Piper is bigger now.
